À partager un bel appartement, lumineux, propre et agréable à vivre. L'immeuble est dans un quartier sécure, avec gardien et 2 digicodes. Je cherche une deuxième personne, une femme, pour vivre avec une dame péruvienne discrète, gentille et calme. L'appartement est situé à 1 minute du RER Noisy-le-Grand et à 3 minutes d'une station de bus ;
à 12 minutes de Nation, 18 minutes des Halles et 25 minutes de Disney ; face à un centre commercial (Carrefour, UGC, La Fnac...) et près d'un lac. Il y a des travaux en cours sur l'esplanade, mais pas tous les jours.
Je cherche une personne très soigneuse et calme. Ce n'est pas un lieu pour faire la fête. Il reste une chambre meublée pour 640 euros par mois TTC (possibilité APL). C'est un canapé-lit de très bonne qualité avec un vrai matelas. La chambre est dans un espace autonome. Vous partagez la salle de bain, l'entrée, la grande cuisine (sachant que la colocataire utilise sa petite cuisine, à côté), les WC et la terrasse.
