Personne agréable et disponible. Lit un peu juste pour deux personnes, mais le studio est très bien situé et calme. Un Monoprix est placé au niveau du métro, ce qui est appréciable.

Álvaro was a perfect host during my erasmus. Helpful, discreet, very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is very nice and clean; and well situated, just near the river and the ayuntamiento. A perfect place to stay!

What a lovely, friendly, fun, young man Romaric is! He was an absolute pleasure to have in my home and I hope he comes back again soon. He is kind, considerate, helpful, has a wonderful sense of humor and is clean and tidy. I am happy to recommend him to stay with anyone. I know you will love him as much as my other guests and I do.
Really a nice place in such a good location, very central to pretty much everything. Valerie is great and very helpful whenever you have any questions or need anything. I did not have any problems while I stayed here for just under 3 weeks and I really enjoyed it (and it was my first time staying by myself, having to cook, clean and do laundry).
