Hello, I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with my stay at Cyndia’s property located at 181 Chemin de Casteras, 40230 Saubrigues. I arrived at the house on the night of July 11th, and the first thing that concerned me was the unbearable heat in the bedroom. Despite the fact that I was travelling with my 9-month-old son, I was not offered a fan or any solution to make the room more comfortable. I also noticed that the room was extremely dirty. The following morning, I politely asked Cyndia to clean the room because there was a significant amount of dust, insects, and spiders, as well as dirty bed sheets. The conditions were not suitable for my baby due to both the dirt and the heat. She agreed and told me that she would clean it. However, when I returned the following evening, the room was in even worse condition. I am attaching photographs showing what I found, as well as screenshots of our conversation. The rest of the house was also in an unacceptable state. The kitchen was so dirty that it was impossible to cook there, which meant I could not prepare meals for my son. The bathroom was equally filthy. For these reasons, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. The two days I spent there were extremely unpleasant, and I would never consider returning. I genuinely believe that people who maintain accommodation in such poor conditions should not be allowed to rent rooms to guests. I look forward to your response and to a resolution of this matter. Super fille très sympa, très agréable je recommande sans hésitation

Très bon accueil de Thierry qui m'a reçu avec beaucoup de bienveillance. L emplacement est top car très proche du centre ville et bien desservi par les bus. Je recommande fortement.
