Catherine est une très bonne hôtesse. L'atmosphère est agréable et sa maison est chaleureuse. Tout est très propre et bien rangé. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Je vous remercie de tout cœur.

Katia est une voyageuse très agréable et très discrète. Elle est restée un mois chez moi et ce fut très agréable de l'avoir comme colocataire. Je la recommande vivement.

Très bon accueil de Lucie et elle m’a fait très plaisir en me permettant de visiter toute sa maison. En effet son sens de la décoration est incroyable, c’est un vrai grand musée des arts décoratifs, plaisir visuel garanti !!!

I stayed for five weeks with Madame Catherine, from November 15 to December 20. During my stay, she was kind and always willing to help with anything I needed. She has two dogs and two very friendly cats, and despite that, the house was always kept clean. However, an uncomfortable situation arose at the end of my stay. I informed her that I hadn’t been able to find a ticket to leave on December 20 and that I would have to stay until the morning of December 24. Her response was blunt: she told me I couldn’t stay until that date, and that was it. I tried to negotiate for one additional night, especially since I had arrived a day later than scheduled and had been away from the house for a week, but her response was to automatically charge the extra night on Roomlala without my confirmation and to tell me that if I decided to leave, I should leave the keys in the mailbox. This made me feel very uncomfortable, and the situation became awkward, so I decided to leave on December 20 around 5 p.m. I also asked her to adjust the charge to the original agreement, but to this day, I keep receiving reminders that I owe an extra night, which is not the case. During my stay, I wasn’t allowed to use the washing machine, which generated additional expenses, and despite it being 6 degrees Celsius, I asked twice if it was possible to turn on the heating. Her only recommendation was to open the window during the day so that the sun could warm the room, something I believe should be disclosed before renting the space.
